Maybe the chances are of getting an Unknown gendered Neglect is like 10% while female is 40% and male is 40%.

But, the only known cases for Unknown gendered neglects are from Holly breeding out of season glitches.....

We need more research, we are so missing something.

You have to influence and then bounce the egg. The influence drops when it's bounced, but there is no new gender selected. It seems pretty solid to me, the person who posted it had three ungendered NDs
