I found this guy on the AP. I don't know what he was before he turned ND, but his parents are a purple and a ridgewing; neither species are on the list of dragons that have been confirmed as able to turn ND.

Why dont I ever see them on the AP?Of course,if I did...i would know it was a trade or someone elses ND...but still!
I would love to 'find' one on AP,even if I just ended up giving it back!!

Any uncommon/common egg can turn. As far as we know, vampires also can turn.
