How to turn egg and how to hatch it?

I knew how to get ND before teleport came.So if I turn it how to hatch it when there is no bounce?And how many mins before TOD i should start view-bombing,and can someone tell me good sites for that?And If I took my egg from cave today at 12:20,does it means it will die in 7 days at 12:20?

I can't answer all of your questions, but I can answer the first one. You will need a Red Dragon, a Magi, and a friend you trust. Use Incubate on the egg, this will allow the egg to gain back the extra day and it should be more likely to hatch. If it turns, use your Magi to transport it over to your friend's scroll. I would suggest having the egg ready so all you have to do is paste the link into an instant message program when/if it turns.

I can also answer your last question. Yes, it will die in 7 days at 12:20, unless you use Incubate, then it will die in 6 days at 12:20.
