I have been a member of Dragcave and the DC Forum for sometime, and have tried a few experiments along the way, without any success. One egg died because its TOD was during a DC downtime, and all others have hatched normal. So, it is now time to pursue the science a little farther, and it looks like this is the place. Since you have a mentoring thread, I will check in there as well.
