My first question is that if I fog an egg and wait until its almost dead and unfog it, will it turn by itself or will it turn after i Eq or view bomb it?

you have to get it to 15:1 view ratio in the last 3 min before death. So just unfogging with no views will kill the eggs. View bombing is necessary to get to the proper ratio.
